Are you willing to commit to all three retreats and at least 1 hour per day of practice and homework? What do you see being your biggest obstacles?

Do you have a personal or family history of mental illness? Please explain. Your answer will not disqualify you, but you may be given differnt practice recommendations if you have a history of mental illness.

Over the course of the intense practice period of this immersion it is possible that you will face feelings and experiences that could be unfamiliar or overwhelming.
